    DS-160 Query

    Hi
    I got the H1B approved from Oct 2009- Sept 2012. I'm travelling to India and willing be going for stamping.

    I have a Question in filling the DS-160 Form.


    Q 1: What class of Visa --- H1B (Speciality Occupation)

    Q 2: Is it the same class of visa that is valid or expired in the 12 months
    Yes or No?


    What is the answer for Q2--- Yes or No

    Do you already have an H1B visa stamped in your passport which hasn't expired 12 months ago? If yes, then you need to answer "Yes". Otherwise "No".
