H4 221 (g) Immedate help req

Hi,


My wife went for H4 stamping and got 221 g

According to their records my pay stubs were not matching with current salary, as I was on the bench for 5 months.

I have changed from Company A to Company B 18 months back. For the past 18 months I am with company B. My mistake my wife told VO, that I am working for company B from 3 years, so they in mentioned in 221 g to send all the pay stubs and bank statement, start with company B, so do I need to send pay stubs and bank statements for 18 months or for 3 years.

I have all the bank statements with less balance as my saving got exhausted, some times my employer use to pay, 2 months pay check at once. I don’t have 5 months pay stubs, for 3 months in a row and 2 months in rows. E.g.,( July, August and September and November December).

Any advice or guidance is highly appreciable.

You need to send pay stubs for 18 months of B.
Bank balance doesn't matter. They just want to see the salary credit each month.

Thanks for your advice but I have only 13 pay stubs, If they ask for another 5, how should I justify

You should always be paid while in US on H1.
So you can't justify for not being paid.

Submit what you have and wait for response.
