I have an 3 year H1-B approval that was granted by USCIS on March 8th 2010, I also have a I-485 is pending that was filed by the same company. Unfortunately,I got laid off on Feb 22nd by the same company,do I have any legal precedent to sue. This advise is very important ,because in afew weeks I will have to sign a Severance package which will exonerate me from being able to sue. Please advise ?
