H4 application based DS160

Hi, This is regarding the H4 application based on DS160 Form.

My marriage is on April 18, 2010, Can i submit the DS 160 form and scheduled the visa interview now itself (before marriage date)

I heard in earlier and read some where when we were applying for H4 before (based on DS 156 and 157) we can submit the form and take the print out before the marriage date. but the date of sign on the form should be after the marriage date. If that is the case, how i can submit the DS160 before marriage data. the submission itself meant we are signing electronically..right?

i goggled a lot for this..If anybody have any idea or experience please suggest

That is correct. You can submit the application now. On the date of the visa interview, you need to be married. The application that you are preparing is for the date of the interview.
