Hi All
I have my i797 validity until 2021. Planned my vacation in India for kids summer school holidays. I wanted to complete my ds-160 and interview dates while I was in US but my passport was expiring in August of 2019. So, thought of extending my passport in India and then applying for visa interview while I am there.
Now I am in India, got my passport extended. Completed DS160 and started looking into the Visa interview dates. In all the cities, the dates are available only after July.
Now, I am planning to expedite my interview dates by providing supported documents like Company Letter and Kids school start dates.
Just wanted to know if these documents are good enough to get my interview dates expidited or not? Can you please suggest me if this will work or is there any other options in my case?
