H1B transfer while another company is in RFE

I am on h1-b with a company A. Got an offer at company B. Now company B filed his h1 and got rfe. In between notified company A and they withdrew the H1. Went back to A and they said they will have to refile the h1 to continue working.
Question: what are the options at this point?
option1: Is it ok for 2 companies to file h1 with 1 under rfe
option 2: should I select one of the 2 and withdraw another?

If option 2 then selecting which company is a better option

Well don't know why u updated company A for your transfer unless it was successful. No issues yes any number of H1b tranfers can be filed and all H1 transfers are independent of each other and they are only binded with the original petition but in your case original petition is actually revoked so not sure if you are on valid status or not. you may check with attorneys of your both companies and see if you are even eligible to stay in us as your current petition is revoked and anther one is under RFE.
