H1B Transfer-Travel to India

Hi,

My H1b transfer petition got approved with my new employer (Employer B). My visa is stamped with my old employer (employer A-I have already resigned my job with old employer-employer A).
I want to travel to India before joining employer B. I want to know if I can do so and what are the risks?

I want to make sure that I will be allowed at the POE with my old employer visa stamp and new employer I-797 approved petition

Yes you can travel back to india that not a problem but while coming you will have to get you via stamped with your new employer and then you will be allowed.

But if you don't get your visa stamped for new petition and as you already resigned from your current company so they might be revoking your petition and you might be stopped from entering us.

It not a good idea in this situation to travel to india unless you don't see any issue in your new visa getting stamped for new I797 and I94.
