Multiple H1B transfer petition

Hi

I have two job offers and one employer has already filed my change of status from F1 to H1B in Premium processing. I am in cap exempt category as I previously had an H1B. If I ask the second employer to file H1B change of status too, will that affect my first petition? Is there a risk that both petitions will be denied?

Nopes there is no such situation and any number of petitions can be filed for H1b Transfer. Also your one transfer will not impact your second transfer and they are no where related to each other.
The only relation is with your current status or petition as you need to provide your current status or petiion status in all your transfer applications. and its always better if your current status is valid.
