Hi,
I have got H1b in year 2008 but it is not stamped.
My current employer is applying my H1b this year.
Do I need to inform them that I already have H1b?
My concern is If I inform my current employer they might refuse to apply my H1b.
Another concern is that if I wont inform them Is there any chances that It will affect latest h1b petition?
