Hi there,
I already had an H1 from October 2008 to May 2009
In the month of February, I transferred my H1 from company A to another Company B. But I came to know that the H1 transfer was denied. So I applied for an appeal. The motion was filed on 06/22/2009. The status is not known yet. Meanwhile I went to India and came back on H4 status in the month of August.
So, based on the situation above,can I do my H1 transfer to another company C with the receipt of Company B or do I need to apply for a new H1.
Please advice
I am really confused on this matter.
