H1 Green Card applying issue need seniors attnetion

Hello Seniors,
I have critical question. I am in USA since Feb 2008 till date. I worked one month for 2008 and 3.5 month for 2009. since starting 2010 my project is continue. so i have number months without pay stubs. I having w2 but you can understand what i mean to say. My question are as below.

If my new employer apply for Green card what will happen ? like i need to have all pay stubs since i m in USA which i don't have it. Will it affect my Green Card application in anyway ? If yes what should be the solution ? Please give me some details information.

It may cause issues. It's hard to predict. For one of my colleague, there was an RFE to submit the last 3 years of W2 and LCA.
