    H1B 60 Day Grace period

    I am on H1B visa. I lost my Job with employer A on May 15. I got a new Job and applied for H1B transfer with employer B on Jun 11 (Within 60 day grace period) and received an RFE on June 14 (Specialty occupation).

    Can I apply to employer C within the 60 day grace period and transfer, if my RFE with employer B gets rejected?
