hi all

i applied h1 from india and got selected 2 years before,now iam in denmark for past 3 months the sponser has given me a offer letter , shall i go for stamping in denmark us consulate

3 months in Denmark is short period, so better to apply from your home country.

If this is your first time H1B stamping, then it is very much advisable to do it in your home country. If you already had an H1B stamped earlier, then you can get it stamped in any of the consulates outside your home country that accepts third nation citizens (Provided, you have proper address proof).
