H1B Out of Cap Eligibility - Approved i140

Below is my H1B status. Could you please take a look at this and guide on a few questions I have.
Facts:

• I have 76 days left on my current 6 year H1B cap. I have exited USA.
• My H1B stamped date or latest I797 approval date has expired(28^th November 2018). However I have 76 days left on the 6 year term as mentioned above.
• My PERM is approved/certified last week(June 24^th 2019).
• Assume my i140 gets approved in next 60 days.

Questions:

• Once I have the approved i140 am I eligible for a 3 or 6 year extension? OR
• Am I eligible only for 76 days extension?
