I was on H1 got layed off, filed for change of status from H1 (my spouse has active H1) to H4 - form I-539 while waiting for H4 change of status got an RFE asking for more details and the timelines was very near to expiring H1 of principal applicant.
Subsequently H1 extension was filed along with I-539 H4 extension for myself. Since we already have filed another H4 extension do i need to respond back to my original Change of Status RFE ? Or Is it ok not to respond ?
