I am in a difficult situation and would require your help on the below issues
1. I am on 10th year on my H1b and 7th year of GC processing with my I140 approved. My current H1b approval is expiring on September, 2019 this year. I dont have visa stamped since 2011. Can my current employer apply for extension after Sept, 2019 (expiry date) with a new project, in case my current project is not extended after Sept, 2019.
2. Can another employer do H1b transfer after my current H1b expires in September, 2019?
3. If 1 and 2 are possible what will be my chances of extension getting approved and will I need to go for stamping in case the extension gets approved.
