Below is my situation
Background -
I received H4 EAD recently and it is valid till Dec 2020. My husband currently has approved I140 and he is having it more than 180 days with present employer. He got offer from another employer and is planning to get his H1B extended/transferred to new employer.
Question -
1) If my husband changes his employer, will my H4 EAD be considered valid for continuous of employment until Dec 2020?
2) Do I have to apply for H4 EAD along with new H1B transfer/extension? or Can I wait until Dec 2020 to renew my H4 EAD?
Can anyone please share similar stories or assistance with this situation?
