Hi All,
Recently my spouse got her L2 to H1 COS approval( applied on 2018 Apr ). She is already on H1 as per dates mentioned on the petition. Her H1 validity is only for a month i.e. till 31-Jul.
Her H1 is not stamped, we just have her H1 approved petition. Chances of her employer filing for H1 extension are slim as her current project is about to end.
She has valid a B2 visa. We are thinking of traveling to Mexico using her B2 and re-enter USA with L2. Just wanted to check if this is a possibility after COS approval.
If not does she has to travel back to home country and apply for a fresh L2. Any advise would be appreciated.
