Hi,
I am currently on H1b have it valid till 2020. I got a new offer and the new employer will be filing the Visa transfer. Meanwhile i have recently got married and i have taken an appointment for her H4 stamping through my current employer but due to the long wait time, she has got an appointment at end of August.
Now, if my visa transfer happens before my wife's Visa interview, then i suppose she had to fill a new DS-160 with the new petition details and can appear for the interview with the new DS-160 copy, Is this understanding correct? Also what will happen if my Visa transfer is in progress and she attends the interview with my old approved petition.
Please let me know what steps or possibilities will be there in this case.
