Hi,
In the Green Card processing step, can I go to India after I485 is applied(or I140 is approved) and come back after few years? what is the process to achieve this?
At what stage a bio metrics is required?
Can the employer cancel I485, if the employee leaves the company? Does the USCIS cancels for any other reason?
Does the I485 gets cancelled, if the firm the GC was applied goes out of business.
