I am and Indian citizen on H1B visa with an approved I140. My wife is on H4 and is working in the US on EAD. Our visas are approved until Apr 2020, however, we do not have the visas stamped yet.
My wife is traveling to Europe for a business trip. So, she will have to go for H4 visa stamping before returning to US.
Can she stamp her visa in Amsterdam without having to travel to India (home country)? Also, does she need me to be present for the stamping? Note that my visa is also not stamped.
She also needs to apply for a Schengen visa. Will the current status be a problem in getting the Schengen visa?
