Hi All,
I have a stamped H1B in my passport that is valid till Dec 30, 2019. Meanwhile thee was a change in client and I moved to a different location. The employer filed for an amendment+extension and the approval came with validity July 20, 2019. Now since it is almost July 20, it is time for an extension and my employer filed an extension (no change in client). This petition went to RFE. So I don't know what is he validity of the visa in my passport that shows a validity of Dec 30, 2019. Is it valid and can I leave the USA and reenter based on that? Or is that visa now not valid because the latest extension reduced the validity/ I am super confused. Please help.
