    Child H4 Drop box eligibility

    Hello, Please advise!!
    I want to know if my daughter under 14 yrs is eligible for dropbox with both parents visa expired within 12 months.
    My wife and I are eligible for dropbox as per the visa waiver program. Has anyone faced this kind of experiences? Please share.
