I140 with current Employer and planning to move new employer in India

I worked in onsite for 4 years on H1B with Employer A and has I140 with same employer. I140 approved 2 years back. I moved back to India due to extension denial and working for same company from India.
If i move to new employer B in India in future and if i want to travel back to USA, do i need to go for fresh H1B under lottery or with Employer A I140 can i file H1B under Non Cap ?
