    H1 transfer **** **URGENT QUESTION**

    I was on F1 (opt) and this consulting company sponsored my H1 visa. I got my H1 visa on Oct. 12. I havent been paid as yet. Is it possible that I can get my H1 visa transfered without pay stub.

    Secondly, I did my BS from USA, will I be eligible to apply for the 20,000 extra H1s.

    I would really appreciate if someone could reply to my querry.
