H1B amendment

Hi,

Hope things are going well. I have a H1 approved starting October 1st filed under change of status. My employer has offices in a different state.

1) Can I file H1 location amendment before October 1st and move to different location. Employer, team, project all remain same
2) How will it affect approved H1 , change of status process.
3) Is it better to wait till October 1st or is amendment not an issue
