H1B Renewal with DUI

Hello all,

Is there anyone had a DUI before getting the first and second(renewal) visa stamp?

I've been asked to go for medical&physical evaluation for the first visa stamp interview (and everything did go well and i got the approval) and I wonder if i will be asked for the second time as well? Or they will just interview me and -hopefully- approve it without medical&physical evaluation request.
