H4 Visa

Hello All,

My family is going for H4 stamping.

For the Relative & Spouse Category in the DS-160 form what should they write ? They do not have any relatives in US except me.

I was on 221g and recently got my H1B stamped and am not in the US at present and am planning to will fly to US after my family's H4 interview.

Also since I was on 221g I do not have any recent pay stubs, I read in the FAQs that pay stubs & W2 forms are required.

Can you please advice

If there are no relatives in U.S, then they can write NA.

You iwll need the latest pay slips until the time you worked in U.S. Pay slips are not required for the time when you are in India. Same holds good for your W2 as well. If you received at least 1 pay slips in the year 2008 and 2009, then you need to show the W2's for these years (If asked).
