H1B transfer while H1 extension

Hi,

I am working for company A on H1B (expired on 14-mar-10), currently my H1b extn is in process and got the receipt.

I am applying for H1B transfer thru Company B in premium processing.

My questions are as follows:

1) will I have any issues for the transfer in case of any RFE / deniel on original extension?

2) If my transfer gets approved first then if I have any issues on original extn what happens?
