Hi ,
I had worked in US for previous employer between Feb 2010 to Nov 2012. Also GC filed under EB3 with I140 approved on Nov 2012. I had moved to chennai on Nov 2012 and quit the company on July 2013 and working in another company till now in chennai.
Am i eligible for H1 cap exempt process ? I've checked in USCIS site on I140 which is still showing approved status. Does this mean I140 still valid?
Please clarify my queries.
