My question is 2 fold. Thanks beforehand.
1. My spouse is travelling to USA with 1 month left on valid H4 visa(not a first visit). My H1 extension is not filed yet but will be filed before visa expiry. Will there be any issues when spouse enters USA?
2. My company will not be filling H4 extension since spouse has entered 1 month before visa expiry. Is it ok if I file H4 extension from immigration attorney outside of my company. Will that have any impact on H4 approval?
