I have worked as a consultant for a client for 2 years through an agency .. and the client has hired me as a full time employee ..now the client wants to
file my GC . so my question is when preparing the advertisement ..can i use those 2 years as a part of my experience for the job posting

You cannot use the experience from the current company when you file for GC. In your case, the employer is different (although your previous client is your employer now). So technically you should be able to use that experience.
