Hi,
I got RFE on my H1B Extension ( Company A) and parallel I applied for my H1 Transfer in PP (Company B)
Finally Company A responded to RFE and my H1B got Denied
and Company B H1 B got Approved.
My RFE for Company A is regarding the wage he payee in 2009..
Company A did not pay when I am bench for 3 months and RFE on my Wages and he did responded properly and H1B got denied.
When I am Bench he told go back to my Home country and Which I did not..
Later I got he put me on payroll..
Now I want get my wages back for 3 months which he did not pay me on bench. What is the Best Route to get them Back
