Can a Child have 2 parallel active dependent L2 Visa on both parents

Is it possible for a Child (5 month old) to have 2 parallel active dependent L2 Visa on both parents as both parent have active L1B visas.

Please help ASAP.

Normally child should be considered as a L2 for either of one's L1.

Just imagine, for e.g. you are going for stamping, then that child will not get two L2 visa in the passport, right? So, normally, you parents are thinking that out of you two, whoevers L1 position is strong in US, you should consider L2 on dependant of that L1 holder.
