I am changing my employer and my wife needs to travel in a month, as the H4 processing can take up to 6 months now, my lawyer suggested that I can directly get H4 visa approved on my approved i797.
My wife had last two H4 visas change of status done while she was in USA.
My doubt is that if I am eligible for Dropbox or do I have to get H4 via regular visa interview?
Does anyone have experience in the same?
