I have been a silent listener of this forum for a long time.
I am doctor on H1b currently doing my residency in Internal Medicine. I have got a Job and employer is willingly to sponsor my GC for me and my wife. Job is going to be in physician under served area in US.
The questions i have as follows.
1. Can we file two GC applications that one in EB 2 Physician under served area and second one in EB2 regular employer based GC application.
2. I was in India and my wife was born in Kuwait. can i use her country of birth to use the quota and we can get the GC approved.
