H1B Expiration

Hi,

My H1B is expiring in Aug 2010, whereas I have never been to US in this 3 yrs and currently working in Singapore. How can I renew/extend my H1B or do I need to file a fresh visa application.

If you are not working in the US on H1, you don't have valid H1. You will have to find new employer and have them file your H1.
