Hi All,
I am here on h4 and my husband on h1b . We have the valid visa till 10th Oct 2019. My husband’s employer has applied for extension in regular processing receipt date 10th June. I have given biometrics on 3rd July.Till now we didn’t get any update on any visa other than the receipt. I am 5 months pregnant now , My husband’s employer is ready to upgrade in premium but they say that h4 will be still in normal processing and looking at the current situation I don’t think my h4 approval will come till Oct. So we are kind of confused should I go back India and have my baby there ? Is there any chances of rejection of h4 visa even if h1b is approved? I won’t be able to travel after October month or don’t want to take the risk. And if I go back India will there be any risk during h4 stamping from there ? Anyone has left US while there h4 extension is pending and did stamping in India? Please suggest.
