H4 VISA EXTENSION RESTAMPING--pls help!!

Hi,

I have a valid H4 visa, but right now in India and have valid I 797 h4 extension approval till Jan 2011. Now I have to go for my visa stamping.

How do I take appointment (does it come in visa renewal category) also what are the list of docs need to be taken

Its not my first trip, I just came to india on vacation in nov and here rite now Yes I do have h4 stamp and it expired on 29 aug 2008 But we have applied before my expiry and has got approval long bak and its valid till jan 2011
