Hi,
My L1 visa was extended last september during my stay in US. Now, I am planning to go for vacation to india in May 2010. Eventually I had to go for stamping. Recently I heard that passports are getting delayed in chennai consulate due to PIMs verification.
Is there any way to verify if my petition is available in PIMs. If not, can I ask USCIS to transfer my petition to PIMs before May 2010.
