H1B and H4 transfer with new employer and Wife is in India and not in USA

Hi ,

I am currently in X job with A employer and I have been offered a Y job with B employer. They are ready for H1B transfer and also ready to do h4 transfer for my spouse. Currently my wife is in India. So will it be a problem if they raise the H1B and H4 transfer process with USCIS and she is in India. What type of problems can occur? Any chances of rejection in that case ?
