Hi, I appeared my Visa interview and got yellow handouts to have more admin processing . Then got refusal notice after 7 weeks stating that: "Your petitioner is not able or willing to provide qualifying employment in accordance with USA laws and regulation". Is there any chance of getting through if I reapply and produce more evidence or supporting document ??
