Hi,
My H1B VISA (and I-94) expires on Jan 15, 2005. We are in the process of getting it (and the associated H4) extended for another 3 years. Has anyone had experience in getting the VISA stamped from Vancouver, Canada? Is it legally possible, and if so, can anyone explain the process and the major risks. My VISA was originally issued from Mumbai.
