I've H1b; came to US last year in October and after 2 months in US while searching for a job; needed to come back to India in Dec-2018 due to family emergency. Since then I'm in India due to several family and medical reasons. I'm planning to come to US now and my visa expires on Aug31st, 2019 (in 2 weeks). Please suggest if I face any problem at immigration in airport. Also, will I be able to apply for H1 transfer from India. what is the suggestable solution at this point to avoid any problems. Thank you.
