Based on the new USCIS regulations(here: https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_f...i-539instr.pdf), you need to have biometrics for H4 extension to be approved.
Q1. My spouse recently went to India. How do we reschedule ASC appointment alloted in NYC office to Chennai or nearby consulate(She is in kerala). Do they have an USCIS Application Support Center (ASC) in kerala?
Q2. Would you be able to fill in DS160 for your spouse(on H4) and book dropbox appointment while waiting for H4 extension approval after biometrics? Or can we submit biometrics along with dropbox submission?
