Signed with company B just now-they are willing to extens my h1b.
current h1b with company A expires in 2 weeks.
does company B need to file for extension before august 31?
I can work on a TN (canadian citizen). Do i need to get a TN from company B from the date i can be onboarded (~1 week) to whenever h1b is approved?
is less than 2 weeks suffient time to file for extension to not lose the h1b and have to go through lottery/waiting process again?
