Hi,
Got PERM approved, during I140 got RFE on B.tech certificate i.e rajasthan deemed university is banned by UGC but it was fine when filled on 2016 , last years only UGC/AICTE banned this university
What are the next steps/Suggestions?
Do i need to convert to EB3 ( I have valid diploma certificate) ? if so, do i need file PERM again or just file I140 under EB3?
