Revoking the H4 for ex spouse

The h4 was granted to my Ex spouse. We got legally seprated (divorced in India). The court in India passed the decree. I am currently in US. My ex spouse never travelled to US with me. I have been subsequently remarried and my current spouse is in India and i want to get her to US.

what is the process of revoking the existing H4 (issued on my ex spouse)

How can i apply for the fresh H4 in a situation where the ex spouse already has the H4

There is no such thing as revoking the stamped H4. She cannot travel without your supporting documents and so that H4 is of no use. This will not have any impacts on applying H4 for your current wife.
