Hi
I applied labor in 2008. It went to Audit. By 2011 end Iam completing my 6 year period. If my labor is not approved (which is now in audit) can I extend
my stay in US. If yes, What is the procedure. If not what I have to do?Thanks in advance

You can extend your H1B for 1 more year based on the pending labor. The process is the same as any other H1B extension. You will just need to produce additional document to prove that your labor was filed 365 days before your 6th end completion of H1B.
