Need information about H1B

Hi,

I'll be thankful if you could give me suggestion about question related to
H1B.

Last year I had applied for the H1B through my company and got the
approval. I have a copy of I-797.However, due to economic slow down my
company did not send to me to USA and even did not send me to visa
office for H1B stamping. Recently I have quit the company and joined a
new company. Is there any method to transfer my H1B approval ? or Do i
need to apply again for H1B ?

Could you please provide me some suggestion in this regard.

There is really no such thing as transfer. You will have to apply again.

What's funny about that? Admin is posting the questions that he received via the other means (Like, direct emails) here and the answers to that, so that everyone will get benefitted.
